Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the flourishing and fertile landscape of Friuli.
Tasting note
Pierpaolo Pecorari's loyalty is already evident in the color, delicate shades of salmon shimmer in the straw yellow of Pinot Grigio. On the palate, too, it shows its unmistakable character, spicy and fresh at the same time, with a distinctive mineral component. A great all-rounder.
Vinification
After fermentation, the wine rests on fine yeast in steel tanks for 7 months.
