Pale yellow color, with beautiful silver reflections. Subtle but harmonious nose of grapefruit, tropical fruits (especially pineapple) and dried herbs such as thyme. On the palate, very fresh acidity with juicy sensations. The aftertaste is long, clear and consistent with what has already been noticed in the nose, which can lead to a sudden reassessment.
