Tasting note
Before fermentation, the grapes are macerated for eight days, then gently pressed. On the nose, aromas of green apples and flowers. The palate surprises with a restrained fruit and a great structure. On the finish, you'll find aromas of fresh red berries, an incredibly long and invigorating acidity and a great structure.
Vinification
12 months on full yeast in large wooden barrels
