About the wine

Pinot Grigio Vigneto Corvara comes from the eponymous vineyard near Dolcè in the Etsch Valley. It was planted in 1988 with clone offshoots from Italian and German grape nurseries. The site was created by moraine deposits and has a predominantly loose skeletal soil. The grapes are picked by hand and brought to the press in small crates.

Straw yellow. Smells fruity and fresh, of white flowers and ripe pears. On the palate, the wine has a good structure and is very balanced, with medium length and complexity. A great aperitif wine!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light appetizers, risottos, fish, soft cheeses and steamed vegetables. But it is also an excellent aperitif wine
