Tasting note
The color pale pink with fine graphfruit and rose petal aromas on the nose. Fresh on the palate yet delicate and harmonious aftertaste.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and gently squeezed. 3 days maceration on the skins, fermentation and maturation in steel tanks for 12 months.
