About the wine

Tasting note
Intense ruby red with purple reflections. Definitely winey scent, full, rich and intense, linked to fruity and spicy notes that mix with hints of undergrowth, wild blackberry, raspberry, cocoa. It has a dry, full flavor, remarkable structure and a slightly bitter finish. A fine, delicate vanilla aroma blends harmoniously with the interplay of taste and olfactory sensations.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fatty or steamed meats and poultry.
Vinification
After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in large French oak barrels before being bottled.
