Tasting note
The Phoenix Cabernet Sauvignon's fruity aromas of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of finesse with a very unique structure. Next, the fruity nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper reveal their own character. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which develops its individual structure harmoniously with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.

Flaschenpost team recommends this Phoenix Cabernet Sauvignon for pizza with mushrooms, Gruyère burgers and ribeye steak. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2024.
Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: twelve months in French oak barrels, of which 5% new and 95% used, then six months in steel tanks.
