About the wine
Wine made from 100% Barbera grapes harvested by hand at high ripeness. The must is left to ferment with the skins for a period of 15-20 days at a controlled temperature of 27-29° C. The wine matures in barriques for 12 months.
Tasting note
Intense ruby red color. The nose is fresh, fruity and persistent with hints of red fruits, cherries, blackberries and spicy notes. The palate is warm, full-bodied and structured.

Perfect with grilled meat on stews.
