About the wine
A fresh wine, complex, perfect for everyday use and versatile in combinations. Harvesting, winemaking and maturation are aimed at producing a Sangiovese, born in the wake of the tradition typical of this area, but with original and distinctive features.
Tasting note
Bright ruby red Nose: typical and wild fruit notes, accompanied by floral scents. On the palate: It is a fresh, complex wine with soft tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta or red meat dishes from Italian cuisine.
Vinification
Maturation in steel tanks, followed by further maturation in the cellar.
