About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Dominio de Valdepusa Marqués de Griñon greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Meseta countryside. With the fine Petit Verdot Cathedral. The Valdepusa Toledo MdG M.O. from 2008 will positively surprise your guests.
Tasting note
Very dense ruby red, medium violet reflections. Intense, rich nose, warm notes, resinous, dark fruity, fine notes of ivy and cranberries. In the mouth, dense, complex, very concentrated, juicy, spicy-earthy palate aroma, long aftertaste. Terroir-influenced, very strong style.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with entrecote, venison, lamb wrapped in pepperoncini and coriander coconut sauce.
