About the wine
This wine is the symbol of the Negro family's historical connection with these areas. The company's flagship, Perdaudin, is produced in the vineyards of the old Podere di Audino. The maritime origin of the soil creates a nectar that is rich in mineral scents and is typical of Roero wines.
Tasting note
Intense straw yellow color. Aromas of white flowers such as acacia and orange blossoms, with hints of pineapple and pear. In the mouth, it has a firm, solid and warm start, with a long finish and a pleasant mineral note.
