Tasting note
The bouquet of Pasos de San Martín exudes notes of violets, ripe dark wild berries, some undergrowth paired with balsamic accents and a touch of mint and eucalyptus. On the palate, it is powerful and vibrating. Lively acidity and delicate tannins. A mix of aromas of graphite, black pepper, cherry, mulberries and black olives. Decanting is recommended!
