The winemaker from the Spanish winery Finca Constancia masteres this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the graceful and picturesque landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). This powerful Verdejo 2016 — Parcela 52 crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Tasting note
A wine that has many dimensions. The nose reveals a complex, multi-layered aroma that includes fruit aromas (mandarin, pear, pineapple, melon) as well as floral components that are reminiscent of rose, as well as notes of mint, vanilla and ice candy. The sensory impression on the palate shows a fruity structure with an accessible, round texture. With its long aftertaste and great sustainability, it attracts the attention it deserves.

Goes well with fish dishes, pasta and crustaceans.

Some fermented in new barriques (French oak) and aged for six months on fine yeast and partly in stainless steel tanks
