About the wine
The picturesque and blooming landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Vinicola Palladino conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Arneis with tapas dishes or fried chicken.
Tasting note
The bouquet is characterized by delicate scents, white flowers and tropical fruits. The taste is full and persistent, with a sweet, mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful with antipasti in all forms — from olives and pickles to Vitello Tonnato and bruschette. It goes well with soft cheeses — from Camenbert and Brie to Tomme and mild Taleggio.
Vinification
Made from Arneis grapes, which are grown in the Roero area and are harvested by hand. Fermentation (12 days) in steel barrels at a controlled temperature of 15°/18° C. Aging for three months in steel tanks.
