Ruby red. Very clean on the nose, notes of rose petals, fruit and red berries. Strong, spicy aromas on the palate, the impression of the nose is confirmed. Despite 14.5°, the wine appears fresh. Non-dominant oak notes support the very good structure, a wine that wants to rest a bit of time before everyone will discover its full potential. P is now the second organic and vegan certified wine in the domain > 2027
