Tasting note
The early harvested Torbato produces a fresh sparkling wine with floral aromas of orange blossom and a wonderful creaminess due to yeast storage.

Goes wonderfully with apero pastries.

Sparkling wine from Torbato fermented in the bottle using the traditional method and aged on fine lees for 1 year.
