About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Salcheto has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and refinement are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing Tuscan countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Sangiovese with pasta or lamb.
Tasting note
A rich, fruity style with aromas of black cherries, blackberries and spices. The Obvius Rosso is open and accessible, with a touch of tobacco on the finish.

Vinification
This organic wine was produced without the addition of sulfur. It took 4 months to mature in stainless steel tanks to give the wine its intense fruit. It then aged in the bottle for a further 6 months.
