Tasting note
It is the ripe, dried, almost cooked fruit aromas (berries, oranges) and the exotic range of spices that set the pace on the nose. Delicious, ripe, with a surprisingly fruity structure with a bite on the palate, this cuvée surprises and convinces. It's cute, but it's also structured: it's great and fun. The finale is long-lasting, powerful and elegant at the same time.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dessert, black chocolate, bitter chocolate, hard cheese and blue cheese.
