About the wine
Teroldego and Merlot grape varieties. The grapes that make up the Norico ripen at different times. For this reason, they are harvested and vinified separately. First the teroldego and then the merlot. After fermentation at a maximum temperature of 28°C, the wine is aged in steel tanks for 3 months and then in barriques for about 6 months.
Tasting note
Very intense ruby red color, vivid and bright with hints of berries and distinct spicy notes. This elegant blend of Teroldego and Merlot is soft and harmonious on the palate with notes of cherries and blackberries, velvety tannins, balanced structure and a pleasantly dry and persistent finish.
