Tasting note
Soft pink with salmon-colored reflections, this fresh and fruity rosé delights the nose and palate. Tropical fruit notes of physalis, passion fruit and pomegranate and some wild strawberries and the balanced acidity make it stand out.
Culinary recommendation
A wonderful aperitif wine and accompaniment for light cuisine, ideal also with mezze, oriental spicy dishes and also with salty cheeses and not so sweet fruitcakes.
