The winemaker from the Swiss winery Domaine Cressier has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile landscape in Neuchâtel. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Pinot Noir with cheese or salmon.
Tasting note
Bright ruby, fine violet reflections. Delicious scent of fully ripe cherries and strawberries, a subtle hint of cassis, earthy, warm notes of development (leather, tobacco). Wonderful harmony, balanced, tempting on the palate, a nice balance of fruit and growing notes. In burgundy style, elegant, well-structured.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with autumn venison specialities and pork fillet with dried apricots.
