Tasting note
The Nobel Apple is made from a blend of various old apple varieties from Denmark. As with all Anderson products, the aging process is carried out using the classic method. On the nose, we have great aromas of ripe apples without losing their freshness. On the palate, the sparkling wine has great pressure and a wonderful structure, which gives it great length and complexity on the finish.
