About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Dominik & Martina Benz grows this wine in the countryside. If we can offer something special for Easter 2019, it's this striking Merlot 2013 — Nez Creux. Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience if you offer this Merlot with duck or slightly spicy red meat.

Tasting note
Dark, rich red with beautiful reflections. Arms of fruit, figs and black berries spontaneously pressed with their own yeasts. The wine is free of additives and should be turned upside down briefly before opening, so that it develops optimally.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Nez Creux goes well with duck, slightly spicy red meat and poultry.
Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: Aged for ten months in 2300 liter oak vat, then five months in stainless steel tanks, storage in the bottle
