Tasting note
Deep ruby red. Aroma: On the nose, aromas such as rosemary, lavender and thyme, as well as black fruits and fine coffee notes, accompanied by earthy, mineral nuances. Elegant and slightly mineral on the palate, sweet tannins and perfect acidity. The structure is significantly influenced by the high-quality barrel. The gourmet experience is rounded off with a perfect finish. An absolute red wine highlight from the Ribera del Duero!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried or grilled red meat, stew, mature hard cheese, and much more.
Vinification
The best grapes are gently fermented. Ageing for 21 months in new French barriques.
