Tasting note
Intense ruby red with purple reflections in color. The taste is fruity with notes of cherry and red fruits, fresh, fruity and harmonious.

Our recommendation: Drink this red wine at a slightly chilled 18°C. Flaschenpost team recommends this Nero d'Avola DOC to accompany pasta, hard cheese and risotto.
Vinification
Selected grape harvest. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (27°C). maceration 15 days. Malolactic fermentation in steel. Refinement 20% in barrique, 80% in steel. Bottle maturation 120 days.
