About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Conti Zecca is absolutely proficient in his craft. Tasting note
Dark ruby red. Ripe, sweet fruit and warm spices on the nose. Seductive and intense. Juicy and uncomplicated on the palate, with aromas of cooked fruit and some licorice. Medium-long and harmonious in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Works well with pizza and pasta as well as with salami and grilled meats.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are crushed and fermented in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks. The young wine is then also aged in stainless steel tanks for a few months.
