About the wine

This snappy red wine 2013 — Nebbiolo Delle Langhe DOC crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Tasting note
The scent spectrum of the Nebbiolo Delle Langhe DOC of anise brilliantly flirts with your sense of smell. Afterwards, floral nuances of roses and cherries resolutely and consciously convince your taste buds. Its rich garnet red crowns every festive time with style and magic. You won't find this shade in any color palette. With dominant-rich tannins, a strong body and outstanding acidity, this fruity red wine shows its masterly texture.

Goes well with traditional Piedmontese dishes, pasta & cheese.
Vinification
Maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for approx. 6 days before the grapes are pressed and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel is completed (approx. 20 days).
