About the wine
With the biting red wine 2015 — Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC, nuances and accents are redefined. The blooming and fertile landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Corino conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you serve this Nebbiolo with burrata or prosciutto.
Tasting note
A remarkable Nebbiolo with class and character. The bouquet shows lots of typical fruit (wild berries), with subtle licorice and violet notes. Nice fullness on the palate without clumsiness, on round tannins, harmonious finish and finish.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with beef, pizza and prosciutto.
Vinification
The temperature-controlled fermentation takes 7 days and takes place in steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is aged in used barriques (second and third vintages) for 6 months.
