About the wine
With this outstanding red wine 2015 — Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Mompissano, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The winemaker from the Italian winery Cascina Chicco has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the sunny and picturesque landscape of Piedmont. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Nebbiolo with burrata or beef.
Tasting note
Broad bouquet with notes of red berries, licorice and precious spices. Straightforward on the palate, with power and warmth but without “overweight”. Well-structured on presentable, well-integrated tannins, long-lasting and harmonious in the finish and finish. A modern yet very typical Nebbiolo.

Vinification
The wine is aged in Tonneaux and lasts 12-15 months.
