Tasting note
This cru comes from selected grapes of the three varieties that make up the “assemblage”. Fermentation takes place under temperature control and then ages for 18 months in French and American oak barrels. The color is ruby red and strong. The nose reveals aromas of ripe, black fruits, spices and licorice. A rich, strong and structured wine
