About the wine
You will certainly enjoy the first-class Nativi Pinot Grigio Trentino DOC, which was produced in 2018. Blooming and fertile landscapes of Trentino give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Concilio conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience.
Tasting note
Color: bright, grey-gold color, medium-density color, colortight. Aroma: Fresh, ripe and fruity bouquet, yellow stone fruits, mirabelles, white peach, compote-like, earthy mineral touch in the finish. Body: Very long, lively start, strong yet elegant on the palate, balanced acidity, beautiful, aromatic presence in the aftertaste with charming fruit. Quality: Dense yet very fresh and aromatic drinking experience.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with aperitif riche, sushi, appetizers, saltimbocca and fried or grilled fish.
