1% Müller Thurgau from vineyards in the Cavedine Valley, on the Brentonico plateau and in Cimone at an altitude of over 55 meters above sea level
Tasting note
Straw yellow with bright greenish reflections. Very complex scent with distinct aroma notes reminiscent of citronate lemon and bergamot and more delicate scents of elderflower and acacia; the spicy notes of sage and laurel are perceptible but less pronounced. Very rich on the palate, pleasantly fresh and extremely balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Vegetable soups and cream soups, risotto with vegetables or asparagus. It goes well with fish and crustaceans.
