About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Moussé Fils greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Champagne countryside. If we can offer something special for Christmas 2018, it is this powerful sparkling wine — Moussé Fils Anecdote Extra Brut Les Varosse. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this sparkling wine with crustaceans or oysters.
Tasting note
A real rarity, as the area under Chardonnay in Cuisles is just 8.15% of the vineyards and pure Blanc de Blancs are therefore rather untypical. It is crystal clear, very varietal with aromas of stone fruits, some melon and crisp citrus notes, finely underlined with delicate scents of white flowers and subtle minerals. Elegant, balanced on the palate, with fine perlage and flattering, drinkable freshness. A real charmer.
Culinary recommendation
Elegant aperitif champagne that is also great with delicious starters as well as with fine fish or crustacean dishes. You can also try it as an accompaniment to fruity desserts.
