Edouard Labruyère, seventh generation owner of one of the most beautiful wineries not only Moulin-à-Vent and his vines in the preferred locations in the immediate vicinity of the eponymous windmill, deviates from the typical Beaujolais winemaking method to prefer Burgundian and produces the red wine in the classic way. He is more interested in pressing powerful, structured and long-lasting wines.
