Tasting note
In the glass, ruby red with granary reflections. We notice floral and fruity notes such as iris, various spices and ripe fruit on the nose. In his youth, violets and cherries dominate the palate, and when aged, aromas of undergrowth, musk and truffles emerge.

Goes well with cheese, pork, poultry, turkey
