Tasting note
Strong, medium garnet red. The bouquet belongs to a wine that still has reserves, it opens and shows pure, elegant blackberry and cassis aromas. The body is delicately structured, subtle fruit and cocoa notes allow the wine to flow smoothly. Very elegant in terms of taste with a long aftertaste and storage potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, game, grilled mushrooms and vegetables.
Vinification
The grapes are trampled and vinified in stone warehouses and then in old large oak and mahogany barrels for up to three years. The wine is then bottled and aged in bottles for a further two years.
