Tasting note
Bright straw yellow, captivating on the nose, with great freshness and intensity, full-bodied and enveloping on the palate but not overly sweet, the aroma typical of the Moscato grape, the finish long and fresh.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Italian pastries (panettone). But it also goes great with a hearty aperitif.
Vinification
Fermented in steel tanks. The base wines are stored in autoclave containers to preserve their freshness and aroma.
