About the wine
To get a feel for the beauty of the hilly and mountainous landscape, there is no way around this white wine, which the Austrian winery Erich & Walter Polz masters with a keen sense of texture. With the delicious Morillon, which was produced in 2020, you will certainly have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
Tempting aromas of ripe banana, dried fruit and juicy, fresh sponge cake flow into the nose. On the palate, this wine is dense and fruit-intensive and is therefore a successful example of a Styrian “Morillon”, which is what Chardonnay is called in the picturesque region of South Styria.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: White wine tastes best at a slightly chilled temperature of 10°-12°C.
