About the wine
The fertile and blooming landscapes of Tuscany give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Roccapesta conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Sangiovese with lamb or pasta.
Tasting note
Its rich ruby red is the icing on the cake of every special evening. Your guests will confirm it for you. The spicy bouquet of Morellino Di Scansano DOCG of black pepper, spices and tobacco shows a complex aroma character and lots of finesse. The distinctive nuances of red plum, strawberry and fig create their individual texture. Strong body and outstanding acidity result in the red wine, which shows a lot of character and class with dominant tannins in the mouth.

Vinification
A few words about vinification: Aging for 18 months in 630 lt French oak barrels. Then 18 months of refinement in the bottle before the wine goes on sale. Production: 10,000 bottles
