Tasting note
An impressive terroir series by Celler de Capçanes. All four wines were vinified from the typical Grenache grape variety using the same process. The package includes the four different types of sand, clay, slate and lime. The wines impressively show the characteristic features of the respective terroir. An exciting trial package!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, venison, grill and lamb.
Vinification
Hand-picked Grenache grapes are fermented in a temperature-controlled manner. The biological acid degradation is carried out in French 500l oak barrels. The subsequent maturation is 4 months in 228l new French barrels. Slightly filtered.
