About the wine
The Grechetto di Todi DOC “Montorsolo” from Cantina Peppucci is made from grapes of the Umbrian grape variety of the same name, grown in high plant density and harvested by hand, with careful selection of the best grapes. Fermentation and subsequent refinement take place in stainless steel, which preserves the aromas and pleasant freshness of the taste.

Tasting note
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, fruity and floral bouquet reminiscent of apple, white peach and spring flowers. The palate is full and soft, invigorated by a refreshing acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Pairs with fish appetizers, shellfish and mixed fried foods.

Carefully selected and gently pressed grapes, whose must is vinified at a controlled temperature after tapping. maturation in steel tanks
