Tasting note
A limited edition in which a very small portion of the bottles are retained at the winery and can continue to mature under optimal conditions for at least ten years before they reach the market. Composed of 55% Petit Verdot, 25% Cabernet Franc and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. The longer storage period results in wonderful, harmonious first fine ripe notes and beautifully rounded tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty meat, braised or grilled, e.g. bistecca fiorentina or lamb rack with herbs, game specialities, truffle dishes.
