About the wine

The Masciarelli winery is located in the 800-person Abruzzo village of San Martino. Gianni and Marina Masciarelli began wine production on almost 2 hectares of land — a common passion. Since 2009, the “Castello di Semivicoli”, a first-class hotel near the vineyards, has also been part of the family property. The region, its culture and its wine tradition play a major role in the company philosophy. Gianni Masciarelli's greatest passion was Abruzzo, its extraordinary landscape, its scent, its colors, its intense taste — everything that is also reflected in the local products. Today Marina Cvetic is the company owner - she continues to run the company professionally and with great zest for action.
