About the wine
The Indio is aged in barriques for 10 months and then matures in the bottle for at least 6 months. Since it is never filtered, it retains its dense ruby red color. On the palate, it remains full of strong tannins, which harmonize very well with the notes of plums, cherries and vanilla on the nose.

Die dominanten Noten von schwarzer Kirsche, schwarzer Pflaume und schwarzem Pfeffer gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Mit verhalten angenehm ausgebauten Tanninen, kräftigem Körper und dominanter Säure zeigt dieser fruchtige Rotwein seine einwandfreie Qualität.
Culinary recommendation
Im folgenden Zeitraum liegt die empfohlene Genussphase dieses Weins: 2016 - 2017. Zu Pizza mit Pilzen, Ribeye Steak und Gruyère Burger empfehlen Ihnen die Flaschenpöstler diesen Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC "Indio".
