Tasting note
Clear, medium ruby red. The bouquet pleases with the scent of ripe strawberries and juicy plums. The fact that the body does not look hard despite the tannin is due to the voluminous fruit and the intense cocoa note.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat, charcuterie, grill, Mediterranean cuisine, pasta/pizza.
Vinification
In small lagares, open stone and concrete tanks, fermented at controlled temperatures. Some of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for nine months.
