About the wine
The fertile and blooming Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Viticcio conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. If you're looking for something special, then you can't miss out on this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 1999 — Monile di Viticcio. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Cabernet Sauvignon is excellent with red meat or Gruyère burgers.
Tasting note
The playful bouquet of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows a complex aroma character and plenty of pleasure potential. The dominant nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper shape their individual texture. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which develops its individual structure pleasantly with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.
