About the wine
With this distinctive red wine 2020 — Mirea Primitivo di Manduria DOP, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Sunny and fertile landscapes in Apulia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Masseria Borgo dei Trulli conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this primitivo with red meat or brasato.
Tasting note
This dark red wine shows aromas of dried fruits, exotic spices, white pepper and dark chocolate, sandalwood and figs. On the palate, it is full and intense, yet round, powerful, warm and extremely balanced. It shows complexes

Vinification
After straining, the grapes are not pressed, so they remain intact, reduce damage to the skins and optimize color extraction. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23-25°C for approximately 8-10
