Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red The nose is typical of the variety, with notes of red and dark berries. On the palate, lots of fresh fruit, good presence, crunchy but without sharp acidity, with harmoniously integrated tannin.
Vinification
Maceration time in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at a temperature of 26/28 °C.
