Tasting note
Fruity aromas of black cherries and cassis, underlined with spicy notes from wood aging. The lusciousness on the palate is indicative of rich and sealed tannins. The acidity is balanced and plays an important role in supporting the fruit until the end. A mouth-filling wine that flatters the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Drink this red wine at a slightly chilled 15°-18°C. The following period is the ideal phase of enjoyment of this wine: 5-8 years. Flaschenpost team is recommended with duck, poultry and slightly spicy red meat.
Vinification
The wine ages for 10 months before it is sold, 50% of it in new French oak barrels.
