About the wine
The Malan family cultivates over 200 hectares of vines and is therefore one of the larger wineries in the Stellenbosch region in terms of area. You can immediately feel the warm and familiar warmth, despite the impressive size of the winery. Social commitment and sustainability are very important to the Malans.

Tasting note
Dense cherry red. Cherry and cranberry aromas. White pepper and cinnamon. Powerful with a soft tannin structure and a long, wide finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty stews with rabbit, beef and pork. On to gigot and grilled food. A good harmony results in hard sheep's milk cheese.
